At one minute ten seconds, police officer Jesse Zilge of St. Paul, Minnesota, bends down over Eric Hightower as he is laying on the ground, pepper sprayed, and kicks him directly in the face.

No charges will be brought against Jesse Zilge due to “insufficient proof” of unreasonable force.

Police apologists claim that Hightower did not obey an order to lay down with his face on the ground. Is kicking a suspect in the face reasonable procedure when they do not obey an order?

As happens so often, there is no justice brought to bear against the largest street gang in America, criminals who continue to commit crimes without any reprisal or consequence. ACAB.

CHICAGO – An off-duty Chicago police officer shot and killed a man late Saturday night after a deadly confrontation ensued when the cop struck the man’s daughter with his motorcycle.

The officer was heading home Saturday through the town of Maywood when his bike hit 4-year old Taniyah Middleton. When the girl’s father Christopher, 26, confronted the officer over the incident, the officer shot and killed him.

Friends of the late father remembered him Sunday as a “helpful” and “happy” man.

“Chris was a great father,” Middleton’s cousin Mathis Hoskin told ABC’s Chicago affiliate WLS. “He was always helpful, never mad – always happy with a smile on his face.”

Police thug Simon Harwood has been cleared of the manslaughter of Ian Tomlinson, a bystander at the London G20 protests who Harwood struck from behind with a baton and then hurled to the ground. Tomlinson died minutes later.

Presumably this sets a precedent. If, for example, person or persons unknown, at some point in the future, bumped into Harwood, beat him with a stick, threw him to the pavement and then, maybe, stamped on his fucking head just for kicks, would they also be found innocent?
